hey beach4me btw there are some really nice red brick 3 level townhomes across from tommy bahama its 2 bd/2 bath or so..average about 1300 sq/ft living space and 800sft work space on 1st level..u can get both in package for 2100 /mth..not really cheap or anything but think how much more expensive it will be when the developments throughout the base are complete

Greenville County has over 428,000 residents. It's not going to open until late 2009-early 2010. Yeah, we'll catch up one day seeing how we had PF Changs way before Myrtle Beach did.

I am dreaming of a walkable community though. Things are lovely here in the West Virginia hills, but there's nothing for me to do but enjoy the lovely environment. Feel like we need a change of scenery when I retire next year.

Thanks for any information.
Well, I'm sure you have heard from someone by now............It isn't out of your range. Because its new and a just happening place.......they do have townhomes in all brick and very pretty for 250 or so..........
Someone on here did post the inside of one he bought, and how charming it was with an inside balcony. These are across from the park and within walking to all shopping, and minutes from the ocean........Wonderful idea.

The two of you are a riot...........
Its just a location debate. I'd stick up for the one where I live too.......
I'm sure both will be equally as nice. One might have Cheesecake and the other a Changs.......
One has the ocean, the other has mountains. Ya' can't move either one of those two earthly joys
Your little banter makes me smile......

Myrtle Beach and Greenville both have one. Greenville got theirs first.

I think the market commons is okay. I could see myself visiting there maybe once or twice. The prices at the stores are too high for a young college age student to afford.
