^^It doesn't have a Cheesecake Factory though. MPTC in Greenville will have one.

Default market common

i talked to a realtor a while back..they said they are workin on tryin to get a Cheesecake Factory on one of the other developments..also i went to one website b4 with aerial layout..and i think at first they were gonna have a Lucky jeans and BeBe store..they may have fell thru though..Ruth Chris's steakhouse is open in north end of myrtle beach or soon..over by grande Dunes i think..anyone know if its open yet?

The Greenville Development looks impressive too, more like a comprehensive CLT or ATL development. I haven't been to Greenville in years-since around 1998-. I'm not sure I would even recognize it these days.

^^Depends what part of Greenville you go to. Woodruff Road is definitely the total opposite of what it was a decade ago. That's for sure. Trader Joe's for Greenville at Magnolia Park Town Center.

Ruth's Chris is not open yet. They are working on the building now. Not sure when it's scheduled to open. It is at the Grande Dunes just in front of the Marina.

Oh funny, there is a Cheesecake Factory in the Poconos, and I have never gone there.........but..........now........your all making me have to go explore when I get back home
