For those of you who are living in Market Common.......Do you feel safe walking or riding your bike to the shops, restaurants, and the beach?

I see people walking and riding their bicycles a lot in Market Common and surrounding area. It certainly feels and looks safer than other parts of town. However, I would recommend that reasonable precautions still be taken. It's not so isolated and insulated that trouble can't find it.

Although, of course, anything can be happen out of the ordinary, but I can say that I have walked and biked in Market Common alone since moving in 2011 at all hours, day or night, and, knock on wood, have never had anything happen that even made me nervous.
