CNN drumming up the tropical storm:

First named storm of season could drench July 4th - CNN.com

"Extreme weather hitting us here at home"

"...wet and miserable holiday for 10's of millions along the East Coast"

"How bad is it going to get?" ==> "This is not a good thing"

"...huge rain-maker!"

Well, it's awfully early for storms in that location, at any rate.

Sad. so sad the general public relys and listens to the media garbage and hype. Just like the global warming brainwashing thing.

Meanwhile if it was a snowstorm it would get a bad wrap. Strange how that works huh.

This tropical weather is quite interesting, despite the tropical cyclone threat.

My current temp is 86 and the dew point is 72 at the New Haven Airport - the heat index said 91 F. I called them back home (it was 67 F - lol) and they had a great laugh, calling me Tommy Bahama - lol. I feel like I'm on some tropical island in the Caribbean!

I might use another word for it besides interesting. lol Ugh.

Something right about cutting a Pineapple next to a Banana Tree on days like today.

Dewpoint at 71F/22C. Feels like a soupy Low 90s outside WITH A 15mph BREEZE.

But I miss this... So refreshing!! 5 months ago.

Thank Mother Nature for the winds today. Phew!!

4:30pm. 10meter Winds & Heat Index. Feels like 100° in DC.

Winds gusting to 15mph most of the day here. Feels truly tropical.

Arthur stronger w/ 50 mph winds, moving 2 mph NW. There is chance that it could reach as a Cat 1 w/ 90 mph winds

That gulf stream and abnormally warm sea surface temps def a factor in what likely becomes a Wrn Atlantic hurricane although this early.

The Storm is close to 100 miles west of E of Melbourne, FL
