I certainly noticed this. Was crazy.

Definitely not really much of a spring. Just winter straight to summer almost. I noticed a lot of the flowering bushes, which had only started budding a week ago, already have the flowers falling off almost completely. Eesh.

Yeah..noticed that too. Was wondering if the grass seeds were bad. Lol. Sunlight and warmth and pop.

I was a bit earlier than you guys it sounds. Things have been looking green and lush for couple weeks now. Got full leaves on trees. In fact sitting in the shade all day entertaining family.

A bit too warm and muggy for me but not complaining..

I'm comfortable with Dew Points in the 30s. Hopefully we see more days like today.

Such a gorgeous day today. Perfect temperature, winds, and dewpoints. Wish we had days like today all the time. Cooling off quickly as well this evening. Got the windows open and can't wait for the cool temps tonight.

Tweed airports observations today.

RIDGING TREND CONTINUES IN THE MID TO UPPER LEVELS...ALLOWING FOR STRONG SUBSIDENCE. HIGH PRESSURE WILL CONTINUE TO BUILD IN AT THE SURFACE. EXPECTING WINDS TO LIGHTEN THIS EVENING WITH PRIME RADIATIONAL COOLING CONDITIONS

Hope you guys enjoyed the day...

Current conditions sorted by max temps. BDR hit 81 for first time since October 4th (199 days)
Check out those dewpoints. Nice!

HUGE departure for BDR on the max wow! Well above normal last 2 days.

Max temp of the year so far.

BDL 83.
BDR 81.

Eastern Virginia and North Carolina hit 90s already.

Rest assure, my thinking for past 4 weeks is a ridge in center of the country which means the true heat will be central U.S. Seen it already with persistent 90s there. We will be volatile flopping back and forth between cool dry days and warm humid days.

I think it's going to be an easy summer for us here in CT for both warm and cool lovers.

Also enjoy today because a backdoor cold front comes through tomorrow and ends our 70's. Maybe southeast CT struggle past 50s. Winds will shift from the Northeast and the cooler air filters in.

I'm loving these 70s/80s especially getting these dry/cool breaks in between.

Showers are popping up. 3:15pm Temps, Radar & Dewpoints in bottom corner. Temps are well above normal again

Windsor Locks at 87!! hasn't been that hot since September 12th. That's gotta be a location thing there. Why is that area of Westfield, Chicopee and Windsor Locks upper 80s? What triggered the spike there? Wow!

I've noticed that too. That stretch of river valley between Hartford and Springfield heats up quickly and is usually the warmest in the state (on days like today).

And it looks like you'll have to update that chart!
