Hey thanks for this.. I've been enjoying Spring I didn't bother to check for mid 30s. Even though its northern Fairfield I have left my lemon plant out past few days so I will bring it in just in case I hit upper 30s.

Stilllll no 71 at Bridgeport.

It's been since the mid 1980s we were this late hitting 71° at BDR. Only 3 times on record we went past May 7th. Forecast next 5 days shows we could keep on going...Weekend will challenge it.

Edit.... Just checked.. the average amount of times BDR hits 70 or higher in April is 3. In May its 12. So I'm not impressed at the stat now. It's not like they hit 70+ a lot, but still, it's been almost 30yrs that we haven't hit it once before May 7th this year.

Could be a stretch of 70s coming up! Sat through Tuesday. Funny I'm saying it as if it was a 4 day heat wave in the 90s. Lol

Muggy weekend. We'll get that taste of how summer is around here.

Those of you who want to become a trained spotter for the NWS Boston is holding a few classes. One in Windham county CT. Even if you don't want to get your certificate its good to listen, learn and see how to report weather.

Each office holds these classes once a year sometimes more for their coverage locations.

I never dropped below 48° here. Could of kept my lemon plant outside. Haven't checked why yet. I see thin clouds in sky.

Thought near 40 for sure. Current temps. Hartford 38°. Danbury 37° Willimantic and KFOK 33°.

We all get our chances sooner or later....Latest Euro00z says get ready East. 70s & 80s creeping north with High Dewpoints. Are you guys ready? Warmth starts Saturday...could last into mid week if Euro is right. I haven't checked GFS yet.

Euro says 80s in CT Tuesday afternoon??

For those wondering...

Top left shows the max temps Monday
Top right shows max temps Tuesday
Bottom left shows the dewpoints for Monday evening
Bottom right show dewpoints for Tuesday evening

These are just projections by one models and not a forecast

Cam, correct me if I'm wrong but didn't we have 30 straight days of Dew Point of 70 degrees or higher last summer?
