Any thoughts yet for the holiday weekend? I know it's far out.

Oh shoot, thought I had replied yesterday. Guess my phone never submitted it.

Yeah, that day was incredible!! One of those "bottle it up" days.

While many of us disagree with our preferences, I think most of us agree that warm & dry is so great.

This morning dewpoints back in the 40s and 50s. I wonder if we'll see those 20s again. Which was from a "Canadian" High Pressure.

Warm(or Hot) and dry is so much more tolerable and enjoyable then warm & muggy but unfortunately CT rarely gets dry heat.

Actually looking coolish, probably end up seasonable, Memorial day the warmer one of the weekend. Looks dry too. Although that can change as well.

Next rain chances on Tuesday.

Tomorrow "should still be" warmest day till June. Enjoy it!

Something is wrong......... There's colors on the map this morning, not sure what it is.

Rain is moving SouthEast direction. Pockets of heavy/moderate rains. Should be 1/4" locally more in the downpours.

Just realized something....

We haven't had rain with leaves on the trees till this morning.

Last time we had rain was before the leaves were on the trees and plants.

With the birds out and the light rain I remember how jungle looking it is around here now. LOL

P. Sunny in Boston, Raining in CT. Danbury reporting heavy rain now. CT Panhandle about to get some.

Westchester and SWCT about to get some heavy stuff. 0.25" in my gauge. Might end up with 1/2" today.

Some lightning being detected but no stations reporting thunderstorms. 7:45am http://www.lightningmaps.org/realtime?lang=en

Cool side is a bit better, have a wedding to go to. Don't wanna deal with hot and humid while also dressed up.

As you all may know, I don't stay still, I hate it. I'm very active. So here I was turning the compost pile in my backyard getting a great workout... After 15 minutes gnats, bugs hovering all around me. . After 30 minutes still turning the pile it was getting uncomfortable. Like the air got heavier, just so muggy and dripping with sweat. Stopped after 45 minutes.

Sure enough... I checked...... Dewpoint at 61° here. 59 White Plains. 58 Bridgeport and Danbury.

You treasure the days you can do things outside without this crappy un-fresh like air. Let me check the models see when drier air comes in.
