The MB is what gets stuffy when it's all closed up so the need for AC is based more on that in the beginning. The lowest I've had it was 74 last year and the house was actually cold.
Man you'd love the south...

My gut telling me with those winds it will cut into any storm trying to come into CT

Current Radar, Satellite, Temps and 10m Winds. Yellow shade are T-Storm Watches. Boxes are Warnings.

Consider yourselves lucky even though it wasn't a threat from start. If there wasn't this front pushing across I believe it would of came up and hit us. Weather is all about timing. It didn't start moving north until last night. Imagine if it waited until the front passed.

It's looking like a beauty now

Went to get a Watermelon and some other fridge stuff then walking back out of supermarket it was a slap in the face....brutal to say the least. Parking lot Pavement was hell on earth.

----------------

Where did your eye focus on more..

the strong line of storms
the 100°+ heat indexes
the Baltimore OBS box

5:25pm I'm hearing thunder from the Tarrytown to Danbury line of storms. That's what like about 30+ Miles away?

Numerous trees down in Winsted from Storms.
Windsor Locks temp down to 73 from 93 2 hours ago

Very, very dark in western CT right now. I wonder if the line will make it down to eastern CT.

Eastern CT might get hit a little if this map from valuewalk.com is correct.

Very very dark and loud here in Bethel CT. We're having a downpour and lots of lightning.

Should I waste gas and find an open spot? By time I get there the view would be gone. Would make for awesome storm view. Watching lightning and thunder from there. Facing north towards Danbury as usual. No rain here. Not even a breeze. Eeery calm.

Edit... Wind gust!!
