Warmest wishes to the circle. Now, I would like to request your help. I'd like to give the world a hug, and to do that, I need lots of help. Simply hug those who you feel comfortable hugging, tell them we are trying to give the world a hug, and ask them to pass it on. You never know where it might go from there.

Made it home. 3,400 miles in a week just to dump some dogs in other states.........pretty heavy snow yesterday in St Louis but other than about 100 miles, the roads were dry and we made good time. Left Cape Cod Thursday around 7:30, pulled into my driveway at 11:30 last night.......forty hours to go 1700 miles that included a stop at an Amish Cheese store, Two candle stores, Two western wear stores, 1 furniture store, 6 gas stops, 6 meals (Annemieke cannot pass a Cracker Barrel.....and they are the only place where I know I can get grits in that part of the world) and numerous stops for dogs to run (we had our four Jack Russell terrorists with us). Even with the stops we averaged over 40 mph.

Anyway, I'm home, its Christmas morning, will be going out this evening to visit grandkids (I can't handle the cacophony of Christmas morning with kids around) and it is a good day...........

Merry Christmas Miss Blue (and to everyone else!)

Enjoy your White Christmas! Christmas just isn't the same without snow in my humble opinion.

Goodpasture, welcome back!

I'm with Annemieke - I can't seem to pass a Cracker Barrel either when traveling. Love them and they do have wonderful breakfasts.

Miss Blue, I wonder if your part of the mountains looked like this this morning. We're still getting some snow. These were taken this morning.
