There have always been departments for international students. Nobody has a problem with that.
Can you tell us why these things became necessary in Florida to begin with? Honestly?

DEI is making sure people from minority groups don't get denied an opportunity because of their skin color...something the US has historically been know for and for which Florida, if we are being honest here, has been legendary for.
You can't forget what made DEI necessary in the first place. It hasn't entirely gone away.

No we aren't. You seriously think that?

You don't know segregation existed in the SEC? No offense, but that's incredible. This is why we need to teach this stuff in the schools.

In all my years of living in FLA, I've never seen anyone get discriminated against..ever.

Thus, I see no need to teach about it in our public universities.

I have heard a Black former Dean of a College who traveled all around the World, say America treats people of color better than nearly every other country in the World...& they have more opportunity here than anywhere else, so why not teach that?

Can you provide a single reason why any University would publicly post the test scores of legacy admits when it's clear merit wasn't the main criteria? Did it ever cross your mind that these sorts of admissions are intentionally kept nebulous?

Well legacies sure weren't comprised of "evil blacks." At the time most Universities were founded, it was illegal for enslaved Africans to read/taught to read...who do you think made those laws? "The Blacks?"

And while you're at it, are you also able to provide unbiased data that demonstrates the oppression heterosexual white males face? Please nothing anecdotal or from conspiracy and/or questionable sources.

And we think those legacies are evil whites. Therefore mass discrimination against heterosexual white males must occur, who otherwise would be admitted, or something like that. The non meritorious admissions are like one million to 1 legacy.

Can a white person get preferential treatment in China, Pakistan, India, some African country? Do they have set asides there? We all know what this is DEI is just more cultural marxism.
White heterosexual male = evil oppressor must be eliminated.

Anything that isn't the above gets some sort of special treatment based on their oppression meter.
It's absolute garbage.
