On cue like a parrot lol.

What exactly is being reversed? Can you elaborate?

"The primary beneficiaries of affirmative action have been Euro-American women," wrote Columbia University law professor Kimberlé Crenshaw for the University of Michigan Law Review in 2006.

Contrary to popular belief, affirmative action isn't just black. It's white, too. But affirmative action's white female faces are rarely at the center of the conversation.

Go to class, do the assignments, get grades, get the degree, go do productive things with your life.

When it comes to the above, why should anyone be treated differently based on their skin color?

DEI gives preferential treatment based on race, sex, etc.....

reverse racism is racism

DEI initiatives rectify the disparity by giving marginalized groups preferential treatment — “reverse discrimination.”

Federal law prohibits private employers from considering race and other protected characteristics in employment decisions...

....and DEI requires that private employers do exactly that

Do you plan to address my points about who the biggest beneficiaries of DEI are or are you still going to pretend the links aren’t there?

Welp, I don't think I'd let this poster's bilious and irrational posts influence my politics, when I see his/her/its label on a post, I just tend to scroll on by without reading it.

you're no where near as clever as you think you are....

who is a beneficiary has nothing to do with promoting more racism

DEI promotes racism....and racism is against the law

"Reverse racism" isn't a thing. American white people are not being passed over for jobs, housing, or loans, in favor of American white people. As for education, there are no quotas. Some universities, back in the 1970's, thought the affirmative action programs required them. And then they learned they were wrong, and stopped quotas.

The concept of "reverse racism" exists because there are white people who are under the mistaken belief that black people have an advantage over them that they don't have. Mostly - they're white people who think they deserve a better life MORE than black people deserve it. People who use that phrase are demonstrating their ignorance, not their cleverness. It's an ignorant phrase coined by ignorant people who think that Shanequa the maid somehow has an advantage over Bobby the Burger King shift manager.

Supreme Court guts affirmative action in college admissions

The Supreme Court says colleges and universities can no longer take race into consideration as a specific basis for granting admission, a landmark decision overturning long-standing precedent that has benefited Black and Latino students in higher education.
