So your counter is a small 167 business study (I almost guarantee these were small businesses where nepotism is practiced) across six cities in the same state? What exactly is that supposed to prove nationally?

The concerns about "DEI" are less about the claimed goals, and more about how the money is spent and the actual content and agenda of anti-bias training and in general how "Equity" programs are actually implemented.

What exactly are you all complaining about? That you’re slowly losing this advantage to a more level playing field?

Affirmative Action Has Helped White Women More Than Anyone

White women benefit most from affirmative action — and are among its fiercest opponents
The willingness to erase white women from the story of affirmative action is part of the problem.

AA is a program strictly for blacks. If companies hire/promote women (who happen to be white) it's still a HR DEI garbage box to be checked, but it's not AA. In intersectionality women are still an "oppressed" group. Now if you are a black lesbian you get to check 2 more boxes than a white heterosexual woman......if we can even define what a woman is. One of esteemed SCOTUS members could not even do that lol.

Where's the program for the smallest minority of all, the Jews?

White women shouldn't be working at all. They should be home, taking care of the house, cleaning, doing dishes and laundry, cooking for their husbands, and caring for their children while preparing for the next child to be born.

That is the role of a white woman. Any diversion from that is woke.

The below was quoted from the methodology portion of the PDF you provided:

This study is composed of six Florida cities. The cities are relatively small (average popula- tion size of 27,732 with a range from 7,000 to 64,000) and thus typical in size to most southern cities (Scher, 1997).

This study is so small and potentially flawed (nepotism runs amok in small towns and small companies) as to appear slanted to a particular outcome so again I ask, what does any of this have to do with issues on a national scale?

Are you able to provide a more comprehensive study?
