According to AccuWeather, high temperatures in my area will range from 49°F to 63°F through the end of the December, and low temperatures will range from 35°F to 42°F. The average high and low temperatures in my area on Christmas are 54°F and 34°F, respectively. Overall, the high temperatures are forecast to be near normal, but low temperatures are forecast to be slightly above normal. Like you said, it'll be mild, but there won't be a torch. Thank God. I got torched two Christmases in a row (2015-2016), and I hated it.

Indianapolis has not seen an amount of snow that is worth a damn, Indianapolis hasn’t been spared the worst of the cold weather though, and my gut feeling tells me 2019 in Indianapolis will be among the driest years in modern history. I’m just glad I won’t be in Indianapolis for the next polar vortex outbreak.

I was 14 and that was when i first started getting into weather. Fall winter of 76-77 was very active and cold and he had snow in Jan of 77 in Tampa. I remember the fall of 78 being warm.
