Complete opposite for us. Vancouver hasn't had a January with average snowfall since 2011. In fact, the past five Januaries have combined total of 1cm.

Another stat....Vancouver normally sees a -10C temp once every two years in Jan. We haven't recorded -10C in Jan since 2004, more than 13 years ago!!

Weird weather here in central Canada , reached a high of 4.4c at 9PM. Normal high is -10c.

It's similar for me. This is more of a mild pattern for the South than a true blowtorch. Here it's supposed to stay between 32°F (0°C) and 58°F (14.5°C) for the next several days, which is only a few degrees above normal.

3.75" total this last go around and 2.10" last Sunday. So that is about half of what i got all of last June to Oct of this year. Pretty sad to have super dry summers year after year from a reverse west windflow and then get most of my summer rain in Dec in a weeks time. Something is really screwed up.

Per the euro looks like a lot of storms off the coast as it seems the coast gets more than inland areas
