7AM it's -23F at ORD, -21F at MDW, -20F at IKK.

Only four days have been colder in Chicago.... So far today is tied for the 4th coldest day in on record in Chicago with January 17th 1982, and December 24th 1872

Only Jan. 20, 1985 -27F Jan. 10, 1982 -26F Jan. 16, 1982 -25F Dec. 24, 1983 -25F have been colder

I got 2" in like 15 minutes. I think it was the heaviest I've ever seen snow fall. Take a look at Google traffic maps around Pittsburgh

We have officially tied our record low at -11 so far this morning. Will it creep any colder? Here are current wind chills across central Indiana (BTW, that is not a recent picture in the background. We have no snow on the ground here in Indy):





Interesting stats about this cold are in Indianapolis!
