I think I should at least get some snow tonight. Not sure if I'll get that much accumulation and it probably won't stick around long as it's forecast to be 43F and sunny tomorrow. Also it got up to 68F today... Front supposed arrive some time this evening.

Probabilities of an inch or more accumulation.

Does anyone have engine block heaters in Chicago? I think there are going to be a lot of dead cars Wednesday and Thursday mornings.

How could the forrecast differ so much for something 6 hours away?

Environment Canada calling for -36C at 6 AM
Weather Network -29C at 6AM

Shall wake up and see who’s closer.

Wind chills in the -60F range forecast for here. Extreme weather seems to follow me. Well at least it can't get any worse than this.

Number of Winter Storm Warnings since November 1st.

Parts of the south and Mid Atlantic have the same amount as Southern NY, CT and RI & eastern MA. And its February in 3 days.

NWS Seattle area has the most. NWS Buffalo & Albuquerque 2nd most.

Actually, I don't think Southern NY, CT, RI or Eastern MA even had but since NWS NY covers higher elevation of Hudson Valley that's why it's showing up as 2. And NWS Boston covers central MA.

So Northern Georgia has more warnings than southern New England.
