I last watched MOVING with Richard Pryor (1989)

It was GOOD but not as good as "THE TOY"

Unknown A man awakens from a coma, only to discover that someone has taken on his identity and that no one, (not even his wife), believes him. With the help of a young woman, he sets out to prove who he is. Liam Neeson
It was really awesome!

Periodically I go on a foreign movie phase, so here are the few I have recently rented:
Forgiveness of Blood (Albanian): Good movie, interesting plot and good acting.
Seducing Dr. Lewis (French-Canadian): Had a lot of French movie vibe (background music, directing style, humor). Mildly amusing with some funny parts, overall quite entertaining.
Klown (Danish): Weird, nutty and funny.
Welcome (French): Gotta see this if you like foreign (French) dramas with a lot of heart.

Agree 100% about 'The Last Picture Show; one of the very best black-and-white films ever made, and arguably Peter Bogdanovich's best film as well.

I saw 'Amour' yesterday morning; it was very good, but I'm not convinced that it deserved Oscar nominations for Best Picture & Best Director, although the script was very good.

Arnold Schwarzenegger's Commando.. A classic. Great if unbelievable action and hilarious one liners. Arnold's fight with the entire security staff at the mall is great. Best line in the movie:

"Please don't disturb my friend, he's dead tired."
