Safe House........Denzel Washington and Ryan Reynolds...two of my favorite leading men. Mr. Washington is, IMO, one of the finest actors of his time. The intricate CIA plot is filled with violence, bloodshed, and adrenaline (mine .

Sanctum by Cameron.

Cave diving thriller where a group of extreme cave divers exploring a truly deep, big and extensive cave with lots of underground water have bad things happen.

The one thing that struck me the most about this was its rather straightforward and real take on people and their reactions. Unsettling to watch but it makes you realize that most other movies leave it to monsters or accidents or people finally getting along and dont 'go there' in an adult non-sensationalist non-horror way.
Don't know that it was a great movie or anything but I watched it on HBO and the location/cave diving stuff was of course very good because it was Cameron

Bad Teacher. It was stupid but I have to admit we thought it was funny.

The Closet, What an interestingly, histerically, fun movie.

A Single Man, Colin Firth was great in this thoughtful movie.

Crazy Stupid Love, A pretty decent movie with some great moments if you get past the first 30 minutes.

Grimm, This is a Dutch version of the Hanzel & Gretel story, directed by Alex van Warmerdam. I can't say I'd recommend it, but I almost, couldn't turn it off; towards the later part, I was like make it stop and I hit the off button. I haven't any idea nor do I care how it ended. definately the strangest version of a Brothers Grimm story, I've seen to date. The ick factor does apply. No likable characters in this tale.

The original "War Of The Worlds" starring Gene Barry. I've seen it many times but IMO opinion it's still a pretty good movie even though it came out in 1953.
