It is amazing to me to see how blind people are to what is going to happen in the Northeast because they think they themselves are safe. Wastewater data is now at quite a bit higher levels than it was at this time last year, and almost back to peak winter levels from last winter

and this is BEFORE Thanksgiving. This plus hospitalizations from the flu will absolutely devastate hospitals and lead to many non-covid related unnecessary deaths. And unlike much of Europe, I don't think we will lock down.

What makes you say this? There is nothing to indicate this at the point. This year's flu vaccine is reportedly a good match to circulating strains. It may be a bad flu year, or it may not... You are assuming a worst case scenario and indulging in hyperbole, per usual.

Flu infections this year in November are at typical January levels.

No they’re not. Not sure where you are getting your information, if you are just a troll or need some time offline. Stop posting patently false information.

That's what we have been told about the flu by our Director of Public Health in RI, Dr Alexander-Scott. And they also told us that ICU is essentially at full capacity, and to expect very long waits in the ER.
“The flu numbers we’re seeing now in Rhode Island we sometimes don't see until January,” Alexander-Scott said. And "“With wait times at EDs at an all-time high, people statewide are waiting many, many hours to be seen,” said Dr. James E. Fanale, president and CEO of Care New England" https://www.providencejournal.com/st...21/8651340002/

Amazing isn't it, when someone was 82 years old with 7 cormorbitties and it was automatically covid, but when they get a "shot" and suffer things never seen people have to provide 17,000 pages of evidence to support its the vaccine.

Can people realize this so called vaccine isn't like any other vaccine anyone has taken in the past. This is completely new and not tested enough. This so called vaccine will not get out of this now vaccine related pandemic.

Dr. Shira Doron made an irresponsible statement...and she should know better.

"One of the most recent studies, published in Science, evaluated 780,000 patients over six months and found the effectiveness of the Moderna vaccine declined from 89% to 58%, the Pfizer vaccine from 87% to 43%, and the Johnson & Johnson vaccine from 86% to 13%.

A study in Sweden in 1.7 million people found the effectiveness of the Pfizer vaccine to decline from 92% initially to 47% by 6 months, and no detectable protection after 7 months. Protection of the Moderna vaccine declined to 59% by 6 months."

YES, YOU READ THAT CORRECTLY. NO PROTECTION AFTER 7 MONTHS.

"Findings: Vaccine effectiveness of BNT162b2 against infection waned progressively from 92% (95% CI, 92-93, P<0·001) at day 15-30 to 47% (95% CI, 39-55, P<0·001) at day 121-180, and from day 211 and onwards no effectiveness could be detected (23%; 95% CI, -2-41, P=0·07)."

BNT162b2 = Pfizer

Millions and millions of people are planning to have a normal Thanksgiving this year because they are "fully vaccinated". These are people who got "fully vaccinated" in April 2021. 7 MONTHS AGO.
