The change hasn't taken effect yet. I think as you get closer to the 29th you will see more people not wearing.

True. Well we'll see I guess. I again don't see the big deal about wearing one in a store.

You're not wrong about defense being threatened but for right now I think it's more due to the typical merger layoffs that can be structured to not have to pubically report. This is just a convenient time to consolidate office holdings while they are at it.

Stop and shop just announced no more masks may 29th if you are fully vaccinated. I assume it's the honor system to determine who or who is not vaccinated though

They've managed to get over 4.2 million. Imagine most of these now are 12-15.

If Im going to the grocery store, for now, I am wearing my mask. I feel safer. Whether or not I <AM> safer, is another story....

But others can go without, sure, but Id feel more comfy wearing it, for now... until when? I dont know. I dont go much else except work.

I might wear my mask in the grocery store or on a train for life ha. Before the pandemic I used to get leery of people wearing masks...now I get it. You just dont want to be inhaling other people's germs in an enclosed space i guess.

Depending on the type of mask, it was made clear last year that if it doesn't seal to the face, it won't give much protection. What a simple mask does is catch many of the droplets we exhale, and helps protect other people. So if everyone wears them, we are safer. We're told that if we're vaccinated, we're not a threat to other people, but if there are people who haven't been immunized and aren't wearing masks, they could be passing the virus around.

If you aren't vaccinated and people have stopped wearing masks and you're worried about what you might catch, you shouldn't put much trust in a cheap simple mask. You need something that really filters incoming air.

I am considering going to Market Basket early on the 29th. Just to see what happens and how many shop maskless.

You know how crazy it gets there.
