I'm giving whole wheat naan a go. Only moderately optimistic as my baking skills are subpar.

Baked falafel (TJs mix),tomatoes, english cucumber, spinach, some sort of yogurt/tahini sauce, and maybe I'll open a can of TJs quinoa dolmas.

Mango on the side.

Freezer shopping again -- had a bag of PF Changs Dan Dan noodles -- split that with my husband and added a green salad with garden tomatoes. I have some Talenti coconut gelato and a few chocolate espresso biscuits for dessert.

Fried chicken and you tossed the coating❓You have a lot more willpower than I do

I'm interviewing & have to fit into my suits... plus, waddling in heels isn't a good look for me.

Well, the day was too stressful & I'm a stress non-eater... so, 1 apple & a can of oil tuna is all I had all day. That's it.

Enjoy the rest of your weeks, All!

Finishing up my road trip, and stopped to get Popeye's takeout. Had a spicy chicken leg, breast, thigh, and a wing. They were sided with red beans/rice, along with a biscuit, and washed down with Dublin Dr Pepper.

Smelled so good I started eating it on the way home
Well I was .. 75 miles from home

Hit the spot! And fed the crows … throwing out the bones

There are some vegetables that I needed to rid myself of, and since today was rainy and cooler, I decided to use them today.

I made a bake of thinly sliced turnips, potatoes, sweet local onions, thyme, and sage, topped with shaved Swiss chess. Sliced local tomatoes and cucumbers with dill weed.

A nectarine for dessert.
