Certainly not healthy but a birthday gift from my kids, two boxes of food from a famous NY Deli, Katz’s in the West Village shipped to us in SW Virginia.
Hot Dogs, buns, sauerkraut, Swiss Chard, edamame and some good beer! (Not all came from the deli)
That is nutritionally sound. And my taste buds approve.

It must be a full moon - SO wants pizza! Salami (have to slice the hard one I keep for nibbles), garden onions, mushrooms, jalapeños. Big mixed green salad.
Tonight will be a big batch of beef broccoli. We'll velvet the flank steak first. A side of bok choy

Dinner out for my birthday, 1/2 dozen Oysters for an appetizer, Blackened Shrimp, Fried Oysters a Baked Potato, coleslaw and a salad with blue cheese dressing, I’m full and it was very good❗️
Last night I was in one of those weird "I have no idea what I want for dinner" moods.
Sometimes when I get like that I try one thing, then another, then another, in a desperate search for something I'll find satisfying. Alas, usually I just end up with a big mix of food rumbling around in my stomach.
So I just had a bowl of cereal. It wasn't particularly satisfying, but it was better than the alternative!
That is nutritionally sound. And my taste buds approve.
Haha❗️I anticipated dying of thirst afterwards due to the usual salt in hot dogs, however I was pleasantly surprised. A big thanks to the NY Jewish Deli.
