Grilled thick pork chops, maybe stuffed with herbs/ cream cheese and wrapped in bacon, homemade rice a roni, mixed green salad, garden tomatoes for me.

I have to think today of DawnMTL and how much she liked the Montreal Canadiens team.They beat the Vegas Golden Knights in the Conference Finals last night 4 vs 2 and moving on to play the Stanley Cup final.Dawn if you happen to read this whole Canada is with the Habs all the way!!!

To celebrate last nights win I will make 2 vegetarian pizzas from Durum flour (added thyme),homemade tomato sauce,onion,green Bell pepper,green olive,garlic,ginger,green/red chili slices and Canadian marble cheese.Served with a garden salad.To drink India pale ale changing over later to an IPA.No place left for dessert

Tonight we'll be having a "real" meal as opposed to the odds and ends we take out of the refrigerator at the end of a working-in-the-garden day or a day spent in the Minnesota sky-blue waters.

Tonight I’m trying an oven baked sweet and sour chicken recipe. I still have to brown the chicken before it goes into the oven....such a strain. Rice.
