Tonight we are having Korean-fried chicken wings with a few dipping sauces, potato salad, a garden salad, baked beans, Hawaiian rolls, and banana pudding.
We went out with our oldest for an early dinner. It was spur of the moment and the place we wanted is small and hard to get into hence the early dinner. We had some great appetizers and some truly lovely sushi here https://babasushi.com/
I made some stuffed bell peppers with Italian sausage and orzo. We had a strawberry spinach salad too and a Peruvian chocolate brownie for dessert - a local company I recently hired sent us the brownies as a thank you gift!
Going to a party tonight and we will have brisket, sausage, potato salad, beans and a peach crisp with Blue Bell Vanilla ice cream.
