SO asked for something to go with spaghetti alio I olio I pepperocini. First batch of hot peppers is ready and the cucumber monster arrived yesterday.

Nature looks beautiful green outside due to a lot of downpour we are having.The cook asked for pasta night today served with romaine lettuce and a yogurt/lemon,pinch of sugar and dill sauce.To drink Perrier water with lemon.For dessert mango kulfi.

Last night was spaghetti and meatballs and strawberry spinach salad.

Tonight I’m going to make buttered stacked pancakes, topped with maple sugar and sliced strawberries.

I’ll probably make another spinach salad too.

Jumbo stuffed shells 2 ways. I made the regular vegetarian variety with a homemade marinara sauce and made a smaller amount with an Italian sausage meat sauce. I’m going to sautéed some zucchini also.
