So brought nice red pointed peppers and jalapeños home yesterday. That begs for fajitas with chicken and grilled vegetables. Margaritas with fresh limes and cold beer. Patio time!
Tonight we are having seafood fettucine (with crab, shrimp, chicken, sausage, and peppers in a creamy alfredo sauce), broccoli salad and garlic toast. We will be drinking mango mimosas.
Quinoa salad with shaved Brussels Sprouts, radicchio, Romaine, chopped cabbage, grape tomatoes topped with Feta cheese.
Bread sticks with yogurt herb dip.
Strawberry Sangria.
