We had pizza, salad, and fresh tomato slices in salt, pepper, and olive oil )my contribution) with family. It was lovely.

Osso bucco, mashed potatoes and Chianti. Mid winter here and it is freezing. Well, relatively, it is F52 degrees outside! Winter food time.

For Fathers Day, DH requested hot dogs (not something we eat very often), so I made gourmet dogs - Hebrew National jumbo dogs wrapped in bacon. We cooked them poolside at oldest son's house on the Traeger and they were indeed decadent! I also bought some brioche buns so it was a treat.

Today we are back to eating healthier. I'm going to grill a nice piece of swordfish I picked up at the store and serve with a caprese salad with tomatoes my neighbor brought me, some savoy cabbage and something else light I can't think of right now.
