German thin pancakes with Indian spices served with cucumber raita.To drink lemon water.For dessert mangoes from Mexico.(we bought 2 cases of mangoes,the whole house smells divine after them)

eggs
finely chopped red Bell pepper
finely chopped cooked potatoes (optional)
finely chopped onions
finely chopped green chilies
finely chopped cilantro
cumin powder (can also use curry,turmeric and coriander powder)
chili powder (optional)
salt to taste
We are having another hotel room salad because we ate a late lunch at our favorite hole in the wall restaurant in Louisiana - a cheeseburger and the worlds best onion rings (IMHO) for me and DH had a platter of boiled crawfish.
Tuna salad. Sounds plain huh? Nope, Asian skewed vinaigrette. Seared tuna loin. Asian spiced onion straws.
Cooked properly and I bet it was delicious ❗️
