Burger on Brioche roll with a couple slices of cheese, onion, and a tomato. Oh, and a couple of b/b pickles too.

Dessert: cup of sliced watermelon.

No-Cook Fresh Tomato Sauce over hot spaghetti using Everglade tomatoes, basil and dried red Thai peppers from my garden along with olive oil, salt/pepper and a clove of garlic. It was a great way to use up the tomatoes that are overwhelming me. After putting the ingredients together, they sit at room temp for 30-60 minutes until the juices release with a stir once in a while. We loved it.

Our Victoria long weekend is almost here and it is very hot and humid outside. Our bicycles had maintenance and we are ready to do some long distance cycling each day.The plan is to leave very early in the morning to beat the heat.

Tonight https://natashaskitchen.com/baked-sa...lic-and-dijon/ served with asparagus and steamed broccoli and boiled potatoes garnished with curly parsley. To drink lemon water, for the fish to swim. For dessert a tall glass of ice coffee with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and shaved Mocha chocolate while sitting outside in the garden and listening to wildlife symphony.

Have a wonderful weekend EVERYONE !
