Johnsonville garlic brats, mushrooms, & probably some potato salad, I will ask the Mr how he want the mighty potato tonight. I'm thinkin potato salad with green onion, as it's hot already. But he will probably want them fried.

Taking a break from seafood tonight and having some chicken breasts. I’m thinking of stuffing them and bacon wrapping them although it will be a challenge in our rented condo. Broccoli and the leftover rice on the side.
I had some free time after I brought my oldest(14) for his covid vaccine. I spent that free time wisely and made a spinach lasagna.
It is in my oven right now and it smells wonderful!
