Tonight it will be a roast turkey tenderloin, which is pre-marinated in garlic & black pepper. I'll roast some potatoes, & I have both, a large leek & some asparagus, in the fridge, so I'll see which the Mister wants. Maybe have a bit of each.

Pork chops, mashed potatoes (because I need comfort food) and either the leftover collards if they're still good or green beans. I attempted to go to the store today and it was like what happened in March - the shelves are bare and the pickings are slim!
