Just made myself a nice little pan fried hamburger with a toasted bun, garlic aoili mustard, ketchup, bread and butter pickles and lettuce. A small side of homemade scalloped pottoes and a cup of herbal tea. An apple and cocoa dusted almonds for dessert.

Panfried Impossible Burger with butter lettuce and multi-colored grape tomatoes, red onions, and cukes topped with homemade low fat ranch dressing.

Late afternoon hours turned dark and more rain upon us. Felt like having soup for dinner meal and the leftover TB Queso-?. Popped it in the toaster oven. Grabbed a bag of potato chips -down to pretty much the crumbs but finished it off. Finished off one of my Snapple drinks, then switched back to water.

Broiled pork loin chops with mashed potatoes & gravy with green beans. Budweiser Light beer to drink.

last night was lamb chops, cabbage wedges roasted in the air fryer that I sauced with some leftover feta-tomato bake sauce, and mini potatoes. the cabbage wedges were a fail, unfortunately. Charred the outside, inner parts were raw. I think they need a steaming in the microwave first then roasting.

Tonight will be refrigerator roulette. There's a lot of bits and bots that need attention.

Tonight homemade vegetable thin crust pizza from Durum flour with thyme,homemade tomato sauce with spices,green olives,green Bell pepper,ginger,onion,garlic,green/red chilies and Canadian marble cheddar cheese.Served with a tomato/onion/cucumber salad with a white vinegar,olive oil,salt,black pepper vinaigrette.To drink Löwenbräu.For dessert 1/2 a pink grapefruit.
