Tonight chickpea stew served with homemade garlic buttered naan.To drink lassi.For dessert 1/2 a pink grapefruit.

olive oil
large chopped onion
thumb size chopped ginger and 4 garlic cloves
salt/black pepper
turmeric,cinnamon,chili powder
can of diced tomatoes
2 cups vegetable broth
2 sweet diced potatoes
2 zucchinis
1 cup long grain basmati rice
1 can of chickpeas(or 19 oz cooked chickpeas)

Tonight cheeseburgers with a large side of garlic mushrooms.

Steaks from the grill, onion strings, bleu cheese tossed salad with pears and pomegranate seeds.

Leftover mushroom frittata, colcannon, and cheese-crusted toasted cauliflower. It’s a bit of a cabbagey meal.
