Pan fried boneless chicken thighs, cabbage and steamed carrots.

Leftover spaghetti [diced sausage] & some good French bread with butter.
Finished off the last sips from my Snapple. Onto water now.

We ordered Chinese. I had Honey shrimp and chicken, with angel hair pasta. Hubby had sweet and sour chicken with fried rice. Egg rolls.

Really good, but closer to $40. than $20. Hard to justify the price when the cheaper place still fills the tummY just as well.

We had garlicky roasted eggplant slices, sautéed oyster mushrooms with green onions and a celery-fennel salad for dinner. A glass of pinot noir to drink and a couple pieces of Lindt dark chocolate with chili peppers. I sense a cup of coffee and a spot of B&B coming on!
