Dogboa finally cooked his sauerbraten that I had started marinating/pickling over a week ago. I started the red cabbage this morning, then he finished cooking and watching over it while his sauerbraten cooked. He decided he didn't want to mess with making his grandmother's dumplings so made mashies. I'm stuffed. This kind of food is so filling.

Some rotisserie chicken, white rice and Indian vegetables vindaloo, tossed salad with avocado. Cup of Sleepytime tea with a handful of cocoa dusted almonds.

Sauerkraut Pierogies w/ grilled veggies

We grilled some salmon and had it with jasmine rice and lots of asparagus. Finished it off with whipped cream, strawberries and dark chocolate.

Last night I diced and sauteed up some chicken breast in EVOO. I boiled up some farfelle pasta and then combined the two. To this I added some arugula pesto and a little Texas Pete. It was pretty good! All three of my boys (9,14 and 55) loved it!

Tonight I am making french toast, blueberry sausage and cutting up a cantaloupe.

Butternut squash, pineapple, snow pea and coconut milk red Thai curry. Baked tofu on the side with chili sauce? Something like that.
