Reuben sammies with homemade Russian dressing, my small batch sauerkraut, leftover corned beef from last week, and swiss cheese. Steak fries cooked using the convection setting in the oven, which is supposed to mimic air frying. I put truffled salt on them.

Medtran, those sandwiches and fries look scrumptious!

Tonight we are having fried chicken drumsticks with Thai sweet chili sauce for dipping, Creole rice, and broccoli salad.

An Angus beef burger with cheese slice of red onion and tomato with olive oil mayo. Few sips from Mt Dew. Now, just water. Oh, and I forgot, small serving of rosemary fries.


Dessert: DH is talking up a slice of tiramisu. Ok, by me

Spicy Chicken Quesadillas with a beet red onion salad❗️

Buckwheat rice vermicelli, three-cheese pasta sauce, homemade meatballs, parmesan cheese on top.

Grilled boneless chicken thighs, red bell pepper/onion/apple sections grilled with some spicy honey drizzle, homemade rice a roni for a happy SO and a big bowl of mixed green lettuces.

Walleye Francaise, (lightly breaded with panko and herbs and sauteed), lemon parmesan risotto, roasted asparagus, and a big chopped salad with homemade non-fat Greek yogurt ranch dressing with a dash of siracha.

Orange for dessert.
