Laziness & a 3-day headache has lead me to toss a frozen Cornish hen in an oven pot with unpeeled, whole potatoes, a splash of homemade broth & a handful of herbs to hope for the best. After a nap, I'll eat whatever comes out of the pot.
To drink, lots of water with lemon & ice... it's 80-degrees here today, but low humidity... so blissful before hot spring weather hits hard momentarily.
I smoked two pork chops last night. They are bigger than a lot of T-bone steaks! Wife and I are splitting the second one tonight with some sautéed mushrooms, mixed veggies and some couscous.
