Stay warm, those of you in frigid locales.
Good luck to you ATGirl!
I truly hope your diligence pays off well for you!

Our dinner this evening was a small mixed green salad with a balsamic vinaigrette, a bowl of vegan mushroom barley soup with smoked Beyond sausage, and fresh from the oven whole grain baguette. Pinot noir vino to drink.

Similar problems, but I risked eating a paper towel drained for grease, less bread and tartar sauce Filet-O-Fish. It worked. Nothing bad happened.

trying a Tik Tok craze -- roasted tomatoes & feta, doing mine over zoodles instead of cooking pasta for it, and I'm roasting some chicken thighs on top.

I woke up thinking of some small sirloin steaks in the freezer. I think I’ll marinate them, then stuff them with a bit of leftover mushroom stuffing. Mashed potatoes and fresh asparagus.
