Thick baked pork chops with a cranberry gravy, cornbread stuffing, marinated asparagus and plain old applesauce. Herbal tea for dessert

Pasta with rotisserie chicken and vegetables...spinach, tomatoes, onion, garlic and mushrooms. Cream and parmesan.

Chicken breast stuffed with green chiles and cheese and smothered in Hatch green enchilada sauce, Mexican rice and sautéed zucchini with Matt’s TexMex seasoning.

Tonight we are having chicken parmigiana, spaghetti, Italian chopped salad, garlic knots and chocolate pudding.

Tonight: Dinner was with my mother at Mac's Grill in Grapevine, TX. I had chicken-fried steak with mashed potatoes, sauteed spinach, sourdough bread, crab cakes w/remoulade, red wine (Pinot Noir), and iced tea.

She had crab cakes, seafood gumbo, and green salad.

We had bunches of homegrown baby bok choy so I got my wok out! Dinner was Kung pao tofu with brown rice and oolong tea to drink plus one of Mrs B's almond cookies for dessert.
