Tonight the family is having shake and bake chicken, mac and cheese and carrots. I am not a fan so I am having cheese ravioli with some fresh mozzarella melted on top.
Nice to be back. I hope everyone is doing well, particularly in these difficult times.
Tonight's dinner was steak & fried onions with 3 egg yolks, followed by a slice of that awful "pizza"... cauliflower & soy cheese crust (I'm allergic to dairy), with homemade pizza sauce & pepperoni. Well, it's not awful, but sometimes I long for a good old fashioned NY slice dripping in extra, extra, extra cheese. Followed by an espresso.
