Repurposing wild rice pilaf leftovers. Pan fry up some butternut squash, sweet potatoes and apple in bacon grease, layer, find some greens from the garden, toss them in, top with pilaf, top with poached egg, top with bacon.... something like that.

I made a pot of beef tips to go over rice- forgot the mushrooms at the store oh well. I’ll be gone this afternoon so a veggie side is DH's responsibility.
Karen in New Hampshire-the doughboys were like a cross of a donut and fried dough. They were rolled in cinnamon sugar and came with a chocolate, caramel and spiced butter dipping sauces. I liked them!
Tonight we are having roasted leg of lamb. It has been marinating in yogurt, garlic and a biryani spice mix I picked up. For sides I am making a salad and roasted potatoes.
