Tonight we are having honey garlic glazed pork loin roast, a broccoli-carrot-apple salad, roasted potatoes and peppers, and apple crumble with whipped cream for dessert.
We had onion and potato casserole served with a mixed garden salad.To drink a glass of white wine from the Pelee islands.For dessert vanilla ice cream with fresh raspberries.

I have some bits and pieces of seafood to use up. I am taking clams, cod and crab and making a chowder with them. I stopped by the bakery for a baguette to go with the chowder.
We're having our Sunday pot roast today. We visited with some friends from out of town yesterday and had a late lunch (Mexican) so we weren't hungry for supper. I cooked the roast anyway though and today we are having it with carrots, potatoes, mushrooms and green beans.
