We are getting this week a taste of summer and I love it!
Tonight cauliflower parathas served with green and red chili raita,sliced tomatoes,cucumbers,celery,red radishes and lime/lemon pickle.To drink lemon water.For dessert 1/2 a pink grapefruit.
Tonight will be firecracker meatballs, and some veggie.
Scratch that: chimichurri barramundi, roasted carrots, couscous, and a black bean/blood orange mint & cilantro salad
