La Boucherie chicken stuffed with shrimp and sausage jambalaya. I've seen these in the store for quite awhile and finally decided to try one. OMG it was delicious! I sautéed some spinach on the side.

On the run: Stopped in at Wendy's for two Dave's Doubles with cheese (mustard/ketchup, et al), sided with fries and a Coca-Cola.

Chinese takeout:: sweet & sour chicken, beef with snow peas, Chinese chicken salad and vegetarian chow mein. Michelob Ultra beer to drink.

Comfort food tonight, but very simple ... roasted chicken thigh with Tone's rosemary-garlic seasoning, roasted potatoes with the same seasoning, plus corn on the cob -- the first I've seen this season.



Everything was delicious. You can see an avocado at the top left of the photo ... I LOVE avocado with chicken (well, I love avocado with just about ANY protein, as long as the avocado is at the right stage -- THAT is the hard part!) so that really nice to have with dinner.
