Wrong!!.. Wrong!!.. When the going gets tough the tough get grilling!!!
February temps -10F and 4-5ft of accumulated snow until mid-month. People were grouchy, on edge so we had an arcti-Q party! Fire up the smoker, smoked ribs and sausage, BBQ chicken on the back deck- had 25 people over and it was a hoot!
