I don't feel that well. OH I can still eat, but I feel like I want carbs and milder food. NOT no food.

So, I made Phann kuchen (German style pancakes) and I froze a good-sized stack. We had those with a mixed berry compote and rolled them with Farmer Cheese. I also made a mild, chopped cabbage and apple salad with Farmers cheese, and apple cider dressing.

These pancakes are NOT anything like what many people call "Dutch Babies". Thet are somewhere between crepes and American pancakes. To me, more like Scandinavian pancakes.

Many people think that "Dutch Babies" are German pancakes. They are pretty good though.

My wife just asked me if I want meatloaf for supper tonight.

Silly girl.
She makes it with ground Bison, Lamb & pork with Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ sauce. Now if she'd only crumble up some crispy Bacon in there, it'd be perfect!
