I'm making another new chicken recipe. It has orange juice, worcestershire sauce, wine, ginger, onion, and...ummm...I forget what else - if anything. We'll have it with rice and the rest of the green beans that I didn't cook last night.

Tonight I went simple, simple, simple: 2 ounces of shredded cooked chicken breast (I slow-cooked it for a few hours -- was going to have 3-4 ounces but that is a LOT of shredded chicken -- took up more than half my plate!) with Sweet Baby Ray's barbecue sauce (YUM) plus half a small can of corn (I saved the rest for upcoming salads) plus the tiny bit of avocado that I was able to salvage ...
A comfort food night, but very low-cal too, especially for a non-soup day! I definitely have to go grocery shopping for fresh produce tomorrow, though!
Lamb chops, roasted new potatoes and roasted brussel sprouts. I used the Ninja Foodie to do both the potatoes and sprouts at the same time to save energy and reduce the heat in the kitchen.
