I was feeling lazy last night so ordered delivery from one of the middle eastern places. I had falafel, so did my husband. The boys had meat pies and the mixed plate shawarma.
Tonight is chicken marinated in peri peri sauce with mac and cheese. I am thinking cauliflower for a vegetable.
I'm going to try it too! I have never made it, but I had this dish at a restaurant many years ago and loved it. I'm glad the directions inform not to use SWEET marsala. I would not have known that, most recipes for this dish that I've seen don't specify. I hope I can find the dry version.
