Not many grouper left in the gulf. Used to get 5000lbs on one stop back in the 70's and now you are lucky if there is one caught with 60 people on the boat.

Currently eating leftovers from last nights dinner - Green Chile Chicken enchiladas
One layer corn tortillas fried in duck fat
One layer seasoned and cooked chicken breast mixed with cream of chicken soup
One more layer of tortillas
One layer Hot New Mexico green chiles (Hatch)
One layer Asadero and cheddar cheese
