I got up really early so had a really early dinner too. I had gotten a package of beef sirloin tips out of the basement freezer on Sunday -- made mini-tacos with it last night (they were fantastic, as always -- I LOVE the Mission Net Zero tortillas) but tonight it was beef with veggies, noodles, and stir-fry sauce ...

The sauce was new to me, House of Tsang's classic stir-fry sauce. It was quite tasty but rather generic (i.e., when I have sweet chili sauce or peanut sauce or curry, those are distinctive flavors to me; this wasn't very distinctive but as I wrote, it was still good).

=====

Oh, and the beef sirloin tips were from February 2018 ... but they were/are delicious! I'm still trying to use up the items in the very old basement freezer ...

My mother in law is German and she makes ‘Kirsch’ fruit a lot. It is soooo good!

We were out and needed to stop at Walmart. I was looking for a small resin table. No luck but they did have these resin chairs and they were priced at $5.50. Walked around bakery ad deli. Their wraps looked good. I opted for a turkey, bacon & cheese. I dipped into crushed peppercorn and avo oil mayo. Lemon water ad some Mt Dew Baja Blast.

Dessert: soft pb and chocolate chip cookie.
